Additional services
The fees listed on this page are in addition to the visa application fee. The services can be purchased at the visa application when you attend your appointment. The services listed on this page are supplied by VFS.

- Courier service
The visa application centre will courier your documents back to you for a fee of 40.00 Saudi Riyals. Please ask for this service when you attend the visa application centre.
- Photocopying service
VFS staff can take copies for you for a fee of 2.00 Saudi Riyals for each sheet.
- Photograph service
The cost for 6 photographs is 40 Saudi Riyals. The photographs meet UK Border Agency photograph specifications.
- SMS text services
SMS news updates will be sent to you informing you of the status of your visa application. Once purchased you will receive several automated feedback messages (available in English and Arabic) to your mobile phone informing you of what processing stage your visa application is at. At the end of the process you will receive an automated email message (in English only) to your registered email address, informing you that the UK Border Agency has made a decision on your visa application and your documents have been returned to you using the courier service (fee payable) or is ready for collection.
You can buy this service for 8.00 Saudi Riyals, at the same time you submit your visa application form, supporting documents and biometric information at the visa application centre. The SMS application form can be downloaded and completed before you visit the visa application centre.

- Premium service lounge
The VFS premium service lounge service is now available at all visa application centres. The service includes:
Dedicated premium lounge
Hot /cold beverages
Light refreshments
Photograph service
Photocopying service
Courier of your passport to home or office address once the decision and your documents have been returned from the UK Border Agency.
Premium service lounge fee: 280.00 for each visa applicant.

You can apply in one of the following two ways:
- Ask for the premium service lounge at the visa application centre when you attend for for your appointment.

Note: There is no guarantee that you will be issued a visa if you use the premium service lounge - all applications are considered on their individual merits, against the requirements of the UK Immigration Rules. Also using this service does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly than other visa applications.
