Please do not carry unnecessary baggage to the Visa Centre when you make your
application. Please leave bags in your car or at home - simply carry your
completed visa application form, passport, any supporting documents and your
wallet/purse. This is for security reasons and will greatly speed up your entry
to the Centre. If you do not need your mobile phone, please also leave that at
home or in your car. Your co-operation in this matter is very much appreciated.

Collection:
Passports can be normally collected on the next working day after submission, between 1600 Hrs and 1700 Hrs and from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs everyday afterward. However the process may take longer during busy periods. Please allow longer during the summer and check with the VAC when you submit your application what current processing times are.

Collection by either checking through website or Calling at our Helpline
Number.Please be informed peak collection time is 4:00pm to 5:00pm, hence we
would recommend to come on the following day 10.00AM onwards after
confirming the arrival of your application. Alternatively you can opt for the
courier service at the time of lodging your application.
