Passport Collection: Please check with the visa application centre when you submit your application what current processing times are. We also recommend that you confirm in advance that your passport is ready for collection before travelling to the visa application centre. This can be done by the online checking facility or calling our helpline number. Please be aware that the busiest collection time is between 16:00 and 17:00 so you are recommended to visit the following day from 10:00.
